The Amazing dbl Bass Buggie is one of the safest, easiest and secure ways to transport your double bass. While only weighing 3.5 lbs., it is an incredible lightweight gear addition that serves a great purpose. In addition to its mobile functions, it can also keep your bass standing upright and hands free on most even surfaces.
Ever since the introduction of the dbl Bass Buggie over ten years ago, transporting your upright bass has never been easier or more convenient. Long gone are the days of straining your back or shoulders while having to haul around your double bass. With this ergonomic invention from RC Williams Company, you have the additional ease of mobility of your bass in minutes! It is also great for the young bass player!
This U.S. made innovation will allow your instrument to stand upright during transport, and can easily fit to any size bass from 1/10 to 4/4. Made for use either with or without an instrument bag, the dbl Bass Buggie will strap over the body of your bass in an instant. It will easily maneuver over terrain whether indoor or outdoor, and will help reduce possible wear & tear done to your instrument during transport. I have a small bass, but I am a short lady. I needed some "wheels" in a bad way! Some friends got together and bought me a dbl bass buggie as a gift, and it is awesome! It saves my back so much that it is not an issue anymore to get it in and out of the house and loaded. It's great that it "stands" while I open doors, etc. Walking up a hill is so much easier with the bass in my hand instead of trying to carry it and walk. A very well thought out invention! – Marilyn Repp
